A second phase of environmentally responsible housing in Bicker, Lincolnshire for Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association comprises eight two-bedroomed and four three-bedroomed homes which have been built to provide affordable housing with low running costs. For the exterior of the properties, Keim Mineral Paints' Universal Render system has been specified to provide an eco-friendly, sustainable, easy to use and high quality render finish which requires no additional treatment. In addition to saving costs on both construction and throughout the life of the finish, Keim render allows the rendered Blueboard substrate to breath, ensuring there is no interstitial condensation and reducing heating costs.
